the game plan

since we've been travelling a lot last April and May and the house help and yayas have been on a long vacation leave, i haven't been to the gym for two months. even when they're back, i would still be taking care of driving Marti and Zach to and from school when classes start on the 22nd and 28th. been thinking how i'd fit my gym session into my daily routine.

Zach's class starts at 8 AM and ends at 10. Marti's is from 12:50 PM to 3:30 PM. on certain days, I will be doing errands in between. when should i go to the gym? i'm thinking it will either be while waiting for Zach's class to end or right after I drive Marti to school. my gym membership is actually expiring on July 26. i am still trying to decide if i should renew it and get the off-peak (10 AM-4 PM) package which is cheaper or not renew it and just brisk-walk at IT park with the hub on certain days and cousin Linnor and the girls on other days. what do you think?

and just to remind myself, let me write here my 'action plan'.

* continue rice-less breakfast. alternate oatmeal and fresh fruit with whole wheat cereals and fresh fruit or whole wheat bread and low-fat milk

* do at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise

* cut back on sugar and fatty food

* keep a daily food and exercise diary

* move, move, move

there is really no specific date as goal but i wish i'd look fab in a ruby red dress when i turn 40 on november 16 (pohon pohon). so, help me God. :-)
