i wrote in my other blog (before i created this new one) that i'm pleased i did not gain back the weight i lost two months ago despite not having been to the gym since April. and i'm a little proud of myself that starting June 1, i've been walking again at IT Park and have been having rice-less breakfast the past 5 days. i may not lose more weight right away but i'm just glad i've finally taken that one single step (again) to getting fit.
aside from the "formal" walking exercise every other day, i've been volunteering at home to do some of the chores like cleaning/washing the car, doing the dishes, cleaning the room and arranging the kids' clothes and other stuff. and i always take the stairs when i'm in the mall instead of the elevator. i'm hoping that these things will somehow make me fit. no, they're not really big time cardio exercises but at least, my body moves. :)
