i have an online fitness journal over at wordpress. the other night, i went to visit it to make an update. i was surprised that my old posts in 2009 are no longer there. i got pissed because i miss reading back those old entries. i wanted to delete the account ora mismo but didn't know how. anyhoo...
i am creating this new one here where i am quite comfy. nothing much, corny gihapon kog blog title. and this will mostly be all about my food intake and exercises i hopefully will do.
